Pedro Munoz-Baroja
Managing Partner
In 1997, he joined Muebles Danona with 500 workers, working as an Export Manager and dedicated to opening markets around the world (Mexico, Australia, England...). In the same company, he also worked as the Commercial Director of Leroa, one of the company’s lines of business.
In 2005, he joined Tornillería Deba, dedicated to the automotive sector, where he worked for 9 years as a Manager. He has participated as a Vice President on the Board of the Association of Labour Societies of the Basque Country ASLE. In 2015, after leaving the company, he founded and established BerriUp, the first private Startup Accelerator in the Basque Country.
Gorka Ugalde
Associate
Prior to his incorporation, Gorka worked in the Strategy & Consulting area at Accenture for the last five years, in Barcelona and Madrid. During his career as a consultant, he has participated in the development of strategic plans and projects, as well as in the evaluation of technology-based investments aimed at fostering the growth of several companies.
Gorka holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto, having finished his degree at HEC Montréal in Canada.
Jon Blázquez
Venture Partner
Jon joined Easo Ventures in 2018 as a Venture Partner.
He is a founding partner and president of AiPower. Six years ago, he became a partner and part of the management team at Sitka Capital and Idodi Venture Capital. He is also a mentor at the BerriUp accelerator and a member of the Business Angels network at IESE Business School. Additionally, he is the Director of the Computer and Technology Group at Elencor. I In 2009, he founded Quality Adverts (Ad Network), and in 2011, VeterInfo (SaaS management). He holds a Master’s degree from the Grande École d'Ingénieurs Telecom Bretagne (France), graduating cum laude. He is a Telecommunications Engineer from the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao, where he won the award for the best academic record.
Teresa Gomez

Teresa Gomez is a graduate in Business Management and Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid (ICADE) and holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). Since completing her university studies, she has developed her professional career in the corporate hub of Banco Santander.
Over six and a half years, she has had the opportunity to work in various areas, starting with the Santander Consumer Finance division, continuing for three years in the Strategy Division, and spending the last two and a half years in the Risk area of the Santander Global Corporate Banking division—first as a credit risk analyst for financial intermediaries and later as a market risk analyst. Since May 2018, she has been an investment associate at Easo Ventures SCR.

Eva Ramirez

Eva joined Easo Ventures in 2021.
Prior to her incorporation, Eva worked at Always Free, SL, in the Management and Human Resources Department for two years. She also has 20 years of experience as a lawyer and was a partner at the firm Massé Abogados, S.L.P. Eva is a Law graduate and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Alcalá de Henares.
